Behind every doctor are hundreds of scientists trying to work out what they should do and why (and a million other seemingly unimportant but essential questions).
So for anyone who has ever felt akin to the "geeky" subset of society there is now an american sit com for our minority group. The combination of autistic spectrum disorder characters and incomprehensible scientific babble is hillarious.
Lets hope they make a second series ...
